Agents are specialized units that work within systems. Each agent unit includes a primary agent - usually a high-level government official or other important figure, along with hundreds of supporting staff.
Recruitment: An Agent costs 5 Credits to recruit
Upkeep: All agents have an Upkeep of 1 Credit/Turn
Intelligence Agent - The Intelligence agent specializes in espionage and counter-espionage. He can Spy on enemy factions and take Espionage actions such as assassination, theft and sabotage. His presence also increases the chance of catching enemy Covert agents in the system and reduces their chances of success.
Diplomatic Agent - A secretary of state, chief diplomat, or similar agent skilled at speaking and negotiating, with the full backing of a foreign department. Can Lobby with other factions, building foreign support for your nation and pressuring leaders to agree to terms.
Activist Agent - Activist agents are high-profile speakers and activists, along with a large and powerful Non-Government Organization (NGO). Spreads your influence in whatever system he's present in, and can agitate a system, reducing local Order.
Research Agent - A Famous, probably award-winning scientist and assistants. Boosts the output of Labs in the system by +1 Science, can study anomalies, artifacts and phenomena, and can Plagiarize in foreign systems to steal technology.
Government Agent - The Government Agent specializes in governing and administration. His presence in a system boosts local order, and he can reduce the cost of a new Sector in the System by 2 Credits once per turn per sector.
Industrialist Agent - A renowned industrialist or magnate. He can coordinate a System's industrial production, reducing the Industry cost of a single project by 1/15th OR 5 Industry, once per turn per project. He can also interfere with a system's production, reducing the system's Industrial production by 10 while he's there.
General Agent - General agents are high-level generals and their command staff. They improve the effectiveness of armies on the front they command.
Admiral Agent - Admiral agents are high-level admirals and their command staff. They improve the effectiveness of ships and fleets on the front they command.
