"The National Front is the only optional that remains amenable to change and thus open to opposing a strictly syndicalist world view and thus our only reasonable option."
"For our part the Office of Intelligence will actively take part in subtly pushing the population in a direction more favorable for peace and prosperity for this galactic region. The Conglomerate shall do it's part through funding the bankrolling the project. We have not long to act and much to lose if we do nothing at all. What say you, Most-Respected Ambassador, to this agreement?"

"Agreed. I will arrange for the transfer of funds immediately. It is a pleasure to work with you as always, Chancellor." The project suited her well. The Conglomerate would back a potential capitalist ally, and working together with Wuxian to oppose the RWU was a solid diplomatic victory. The fact that, if Wuxian agents failed, the Conglomerate's involvement might still remain a secret was a mere bonus.

A discreet missive was delivered to the Wuxian Ambassador to Kwazan. The message said simply that one Agent Petrov of the RWU had been arrested and would soon be put on trial for Espionage and Incitement of Violence. The proceedings would be closed doors, but if the Ambassador or a Wuxian delegation wished to watch the proceedings a space would be reserved for them during the trial.

Without hesitation the missive was replied to almost instantaneously with the acceptance by the Wuxianese Ambassadorial party to take part in the proceedings in any way expected of them.

A copy of the Conglomerate's protest against the RWU was forwarded via the Wuxian embassy, a courtesy which doubtless had some intention behind it.
To the RWU Chairman's Council, via their Mission on Kwazan
Chairmen,
We regret to inform you that one "Agent Petrov" has been arrested on charges of espionage and incitement for advocating treason and rebellion against the Conglomerate in our territory. We had hoped to maintain a cordial relationship with the RWU built upon mutual respect and acknowledging our shared struggles against the old Antoviyan regime. We as disappointed to discover that the RWU does not share this desire and has instead chosen to follow in the footsteps of their imperial predecessors.
The Kwazan Conglomerate hereby demands the full revocation of all RWU Union memberships within its territory and a pledge from the RWU's government not to interfere in sovereign Conglomerate territory. If such a revocation and avowal are not forthcoming, it is our regret to inform you that "Agent Petrov" and her accomplices will be prosecuted under the full of Conglomerate law, and that any citizens who attempt to affiliate with the RWU's foreign branch without rescinding their Conglomerate citizenship will be prosecuted for treason. We consider the RWU's attempts to subvert our citizens as a continuation of Antoviyan colonial designs on the region and an act of aggression. Any further attempts at subversion will be treated as such and demand reprisal from our government.
We sincerely hope that your government rescinds its position of hostility so that we may cooperate in a spirit of mutual respect and understanding.
Ngawete Tusana
President of the Kwazan Conglomerate

Mma Mana Tsawne Imatagwe arrived at the palace not a couple hours behind an urgent message requesting an audience with the highest members of the Wuxian government available. With the situation on Tusi spiraling out of control and the Kwazan perception of an RWU takeover Wuxian was perhaps the last hope of stability. If the RWU would listen to anyone it was the glorious Yuyan and his government. And if they would not... then the Yuyan must be aware of the Conglomerate's desire for peaceful coexistence.

Mma Mana Tsawne Imatagwe was rushed through Palatial Processing as all well known diplomats were; it was not becoming to hold back someone already well known and trusted. A swift passage through the diplomatic processing line and she was allowed entrance into the Palatial Estate where she was escorted by Palatial guards to her final destination. The Imperial Palace rose up before them as a glorious testament to Wuxianese engineering, components of wood, stone, steel and hardlight all meshing together into a perfect blend of Wuxianese architectural perfection. The final doors into the Palace itself were opened and Mma Mana was brought into the chambers before Yuyan himself, flanked by Chancellor Zhao Yu and leaving her surrounded on two sides by lower level Chancellery advisers sitting on floor pillows or standing among each other in small groups.
"Most-Respected Ambassador Tsawne Imatagwe," called the Chancellor as he stepped forward, bowing to the diplomat, "It is my privilege to welcome you into the Wise-One's chambers. Of what business do you come with before the Most-Benevolent Yuyan?"

Despite the haste necessary, Mma Mana had dressed in fine court clothes of green, checkered with brown lines and embroidered animals in the hems. Her hair was bound with a pair of ivory pins, and she wore golden jewelry in tribal patterns. She took the moment to bow to the Yuyan and the others in perfectly correct procedure. The message was clear: The Kwazan respected the Yuyan and his court; there would be no mere gestures or dressing up only when it suited them.
"It grieves me to speak of it." She replied to the chancellor, "No doubt you have heard of the turmoil on our colony of Tusi. You have seen the missives sent, your ambassador has witnessed the trial of the captured agent, yet the RWU refuses to countenance peace or coexistence in any way. All we desire is for our sovereignty to be respected and peace to be maintained, and yet RWU agents now advocate violent rebellion and bloodshed in our streets unprovoked. My government is at the end of its patience - we remember all too well the aggression of the Antoviyans and the slavery they subjected so many of our people to. For us the RWU's actions cannot but be seen through the lens of invasion.
"That is why I am here to beg the honorable Yuyan to intercede to the RWU; convince them to withdraw their agents and accept peace. Their government sees us as illegitimate and will not listen to our overtures, but they respect you greatly. Help us to avert a war that could end the lives of millions, Kwazan, Ayar, and Wuxian."

"Of course, Most-Respected Ambassador," chimed the Yuyan in his near musical, otherworldly tone, "The RWU and it's people hold a special place in my heart but the risk of war is unacceptable. I shall put forward a request to bring all three parties to the table for peace talks."
